Submit an article for editorial review
Classic Interior Design Journal accepts external article submissions for editorial review. The review fee is $180 USD, paid via Stripe at the moment of submission, and is non-refundable. Acceptance is decided on editorial standards alone; payment of the fee does not entitle the submitter to publication. Decisions are returned within 14 working days.
Editorial review fee: $180 USD
This fee covers the editor's time to read your article, run it against the journal's editorial standards, and return a written decision. It is not a publication fee; accepted articles are published with author attribution at no additional charge. The fee is not refunded for declined submissions.
How the review works
- You submit the article and pay the review fee via Stripe Checkout.
- The editor reads the submission and judges it against the published editorial standards.
- You receive an email decision within 14 working days: accepted, accepted with revisions, or declined.
- Accepted articles are published with author byline and biography link, under the journal's standard editorial licence.
